Port Townsend Arts Commission

Since 2001, the Port Townsend Arts Commission has been a voice for the arts and artists as an advisory body to the Port Townsend City Council. It currently oversees four programs — Public Art, the Port Townsend Poet Laureate program, Grants for Artists and Arts Organizations, and the Port Townsend Art Awards that bring art into civic spaces and demonstrate the importance of creative expression for a thriving community.
