Meg Kaczyk’s colorful abstract paintings are informed by the natural world, contemporary poetry, her meditation practice and life’s transitions — consciously uncovering themes of joy, grief, gratitude and presence through observations of everyday life.
Educated as an illustrator and designer, Meg has had a 30-year career in the creative arts including fine art, creative direction, graphics, arts administration and teaching. Her solo show at Grover Gallery in March 2022 featured abstract oil paintings inspired by poems by Linda Robertson on themes of transcendence and loss. Meg teaches creative process classes at Northwind Art School and other locations in the US.
